Bailey Butters is the Principal Broker and Owner of Real Property Brokers, Inc., a firm he established in 1987 specializing in commercial and industrial real estate, property management, and land development. With nearly five decades of full-time real estate experience, Bailey has built a reputation for providing knowledgeable guidance and hands-on service to property owners and investors.
Bailey began his real estate career in Salt Lake County (1978–1988) before working in San Diego County (1989–1993). Since 1994, he has been actively serving clients throughout Utah County, where he continues to focus on sales, leasing, and property management for commercial and industrial properties. Today, he is involved in marketing, leasing, and managing over 50,000 square feet of industrial real estate.
He studied Business and Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate at the University of Utah and Brigham Young University, and has completed numerous real estate education courses throughout his career. Bailey’s decades of experience allow him to provide clients with informed advice, strategic insight, and comprehensive support throughout every stage of a transaction.
Bailey is also a member of the Utah County Association of Realtors (MLS).
Outside of his professional life, Bailey and his wife recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They are the proud parents of four adult children and grandparents to twelve grandchildren.

Bridger earned his undergraduate degree in Nutrition from Utah State University before relocating to Ohio to complete his Physician Assistant certification at the University of Toledo. He is a board-certified Physician Assistant and currently practices in the Dermatology Department at Ogden Clinic, where his work reflects the same dedication to precision, trust, and service that he brings to his real estate clients.
With a longstanding interest in real estate, Bridger pursued his real estate education/license and began working alongside his father, Bailey Butters, Principal Broker of Real Property Brokers. With over four decades of brokerage experience in both commercial and residential real estate, Bailey has provided Bridger with invaluable mentorship and industry insight. Bridger is a member of the Utah County Association of Realtors (MLS) and is committed to delivering knowledgeable guidance and personalized service throughout every transaction.
Outside of his professional work, Bridger values time with his wife and four children. He enjoys the outdoors and can often be found fishing, golfing, hiking, and exploring Utah’s mountains with his family and friends.
